Biography

Ms. Mahadeen has owned Unified Mediation in Seattle, Washington since 2006, where she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques. She has successfully utilized her skills in various settings — including commissions, business environments, and culturally diverse groups.

A member of the Washington Mediation Association (WMA) and a professional mediator with the King County Dispute Resolution Center (DRC), she served as a certified court mediator in the Washington State Court systems from 2001 to 2014, demonstrating excellent management, negotiation, problem-solving, and consensus-building skills.
